Buyer's Operating Manual

Navigating TorZon requires understanding the flow of anonymous commerce. This manual covers every stage of the purchasing process, from wallet funding to order finalization.

1. Funding Your Wallet

TorZon operates on a pre-funded wallet system. You must deposit funds before making a purchase. We support Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR). We strongly recommend Monero for its inherent privacy features. Unlike Bitcoin, XMR transactions are obfuscated on the blockchain, making it impossible to trace the source of funds.

Tip: Always send a small test amount first to ensure the address is correct. TorZon addresses rotate for security; never reuse an old deposit address.

2. Placing an Order

Once your balance is confirmed (usually after 2 network confirmations), you can browse listings. When you click "Buy Now," you will be taken to the order screen. Here, you must provide your shipping details.

NEVER SEND SHIPPING INFO IN PLAINTEXT. Always use the vendor's PGP key to encrypt your name and address. Paste the PGP block into the order notes. If you check the "Auto-Encrypt" box, the site will do it for you, but manual encryption is safer (Client-Side).

3. The Escrow System

When you place an order, your money does not go to the vendor. It goes into TorZon Escrow. The funds sit in a secure holding state. The vendor is notified to ship the item. They cannot touch the money yet.

4. Finalization (FE vs Escrow)

Once you receive your item and inspect it, you must log back in and click "Finalize Order." This releases the funds to the vendor. If you do not finalize within the auto-finalize timer (usually 14 days), the funds are released automatically.

Some high-trust vendors utilize FE (Finalize Early). This means you release funds before shipping. Only do this with vendors you trust implicitly.
