Monero transactions require 10 network confirmations. Bitcoin requires 2. If the blockchain shows the transaction is confirmed but your wallet is empty, please clear your cache and re-login. If the issue persists, open a ticket with your TXID.
I lost my 2FA PGP key. Can you reset my account?
No. For security reasons, we cannot disable 2FA without the Mnemonic phrase provided during registration. If you have lost both your PGP key and your Mnemonic phrase, your account and funds are lost forever.
